Prayer Impact: The Church Coordinator's Roles

The Church Co-ordinator’s Role is essentially to act as a link between their own Church and John Studd who will be overall co-ordinator. This will involve:

  • Collecting reply slips from those in your church who have volunteered to be a Street Co-ordinator or a member of a PI group.

  • Passing these slips on to John who will then collate these slips with those returned by other Church Co-ordinators so that individuals from different churches who live close to each other can form a PI group.

  • John will contact all the individuals concerned so that they can form their local PI group.

  • Keeping in touch with John with problems, opportunities and successes. If you have any notable stories from PI Groups then please pass them on to John. If you have any administrative problems please contact John.

  • Passing theological or spiritual problems to your Church Leader.

  • Maintaining a supply of PI leaflets in your church so that people who missed the initial launch (and subsequent re-launches) can still pick up a leaflet and become involved.

  • Maintain a supply of PI Stickers and sell them at every available opportunity. The nominal price is 25p but we would be very happy to accept more! Please also ensure that stickers are not just purchased but also displayed!

  • Distributing all leaflets and other PI publications to those involved with PI in your Church. We hope to have PI News Letters in the future and the Church Co-ordinator will be responsible for distributing them.

  • Passing on comments, suggestions and questions from your Church members to John.
